It is The Green Nugget's policy to only return Vape Cartridges within 48 hours of purchase with the original receipt and packaging. The cartridge must be 90% full. We will swap out faulty cartridges for one of equal value. We do not do cash refunds.
Contaminated products, such as a large hair in a flower or concentrate item or moldy edibles, may also be returned with approval by management, or by a lead if management is not available.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with the lot, batch, or inventory ID number fully legible. The original receipt is also required. Please come in to our store with your return and ask for management so we can assist you!
